Dear Peter,
I want to let you know
that the peel and stick leads you provided are
working great. I got a good response on my post
card mailing.
I am just starting to
go through the profile leads. I am pleased with
the results from just the few that I have already
contacted.
Also, thanks for all
your help improving my marketing techniques. You've
given me a lot of super ideas that have really
refined my approach to recruiting.

Peter, I
don't know how good of a teacher I would be,
BUT the leader have always said you don't lead
where you don't go. So I want to be very good
at working leads and I want to do everyone's
leads because how can I tell someone that ask
how to work someone's leads if I have never tried
and succeeded.
Peter I have
to say though your leads would be the perfect
lead for any beginner. I have talked to 3 of
the 100 I sent out and I think they read your
script. I did like you said and build them up
and allowed them to dream of the possibilities
of extra money. And I told them, without getting
into details, that this business could be worked
by listening to a conference call for about 45
minutes with 5-7 friends. And then I asked them
if they would like to listen to the conference
call. This really makes things fun. Your leads
and XXX's system is going to set this company
on fire. Your script is perfect. Please let me
know if I should maybe handle the leads different
than what I am. I might just hitting it lucky
and got a hold of people really wanting to find
something and make a change. Thanks for everything
Peter.

Hi Peter,
I love your leads!
Is it possible to get fresh scrubbed leads from
Northeastern Ohio? I thought I might as well
ask!
Sincerely,
Jill |
FROM DOROTHY
Peter, I just wanted to say thanks
for all the effort and expense that you
put into getting my leads to me. You sent them to me the first time on Nov
9 and when I didn't receive them you went to the expense of sending them overnight
delivery again about 3 weeks later. However, the FREE tapes and the labels themselves
were not included in the package. You then had the expense of sending another package
overnight, which included your wonderful gift of the 2 tapes. Peter, I can't express
my gratitude to you for caring enough to put all of this together and then to go
through all of this to get it to me. Thanks, again,
Dorothy, AR
(I am from Lake County in Central Florida so I always enjoy hearing you
talk about Florida!) |
Peter,
I was SO surprised to get your audiotapes along with my 5 scrubbed leads!
(I thought it was an error!).
I have been in "sales" before (although I never really
excelled at it -
probably because in my subconscious I knew I was making someone else rich), and have
participated in numerous sales training courses before.
I have been listening to your tapes consistently and
have FINALLY begun to contact my leads. Your process is low pressure, warm, informative
AND duplicatable! It's a very comfortable, effective process - coupled with the
stuff you have out on your website, I'm getting over my call reluctance, and have
started to ENJOY making my calls!
Thanks! |

Thanks
for the mlm database leads! We are having great
success and most of all it is very enjoyable
working these leads. In network marketing it
is important to have fun doing our business and
these leads make prospecting a real pleasure.
We are having a blast!

Hello Peter,
Just wanted to let
you know that Thomas XXXX, Jr. from
Colorado Springs,
Co. entered my company in October--But I have
been
busy and did not think
I had let you know-so you may take
his name off the list,
too. Thank you. I was in Ohio for 2 weeks
to visit and my mother
was placed in the hospital. at that time and
was released but taken
back in and is not well.
Thank you very much
for the last list of leads. I have sponsored
several from the list
and still expect to have more in very
soon.

Hello Ann,
Thanks for the feedback
so far. You script sounds great so far...I mean,
what can you do any differently that would get
you better than five of five looking at your
program?
Any changes could
only go downhill from there. Your five fresh
leads will be on the way by Saturday. PS. My
webmaster said the site's been fixed to accept
postal codes. I checked it out and it seemed
to work...go figure...maybe hit "refresh"...I
will call him and let him know.
First...on some help
or advice...
You are excellent
over the phone, so it really doesn't matter too
much what you say. Because you are good.
Second, your people
however, will have lesser skills and may be more
easily thrown off course. So,
please note my comments below in red.
Thanks,
Peter |

Peter,
Just to bring you up to date, I have
contacted all five of the fresh scrubbed leads
- all great people. All five of them are in one
stage or the other of our 4-step system. WHEN I
close any or all of them, I will advise you as
you requested. I would like to order another 5
and since there is still a problem with inputting
the Canadian information, if you still have my
credit card info, can you place this order for
me.
Secondly, I wanted to pass by you the
initial script I am using to start. Can you please
give me your constructive criticism. I would greatly
appreciate this as I am spearheading the testing
of your leads and believe me, we have quite a few
already interested in purchasing them as of next
week.
Here is my pre-amble:
SAMPLE SCRIPT - CALLING TO QUALIFIED
PROFILED PROSPECTS
Hi _________ , this is (your name) calling
from (your city, Canada) and why I am calling is
further to a conversation you had with our profiler
(name), on (date) about reasons for your interest
in a home business opportunity. Does that sound
familiar? I don't mention
the profiler's name only because it wasn't the
most important part of the call. Most people won't
remember you name or mine 30 seconds after we mention
it...even when we meet in person. So, I usually
leave it out...so it doesn't start any confusion.
I paid to acquire your name and information
from PM Marketing as they were impressed with you
as I was when I saw (sprinkle in some information
from the profile ... i.e. how serious you are in
your commitment to success). I am calling to introduce
myself to you and wondering if you have a few minutes
to talk right now? (Re-book a definite call-back
appt.) For the same reason
as earlier, I don't mention "PM Marketing". As
a matter of fact, we never do either...since I
am not promoting my company when we make the call,
this might add confusion and engage you in a conversation
going the wrong way. You might exchange "PM Marketing" with
the term I use on the Icebreaker pre-recorded message..."Business
Referral Service", or "Advertising and Promotion
company" might be names you might exchange.
Again,
Ann, you are a pro...this is for the newer people
in your business...those who might get thrown
by an early question.
Questions to start into the pre-amble: Your
term "pre-amble" is the term I call "the Interview" in
the workflow. And you are right on the money!
What types of business opportunities
have you looked at?
Can I tell you about myself and what
I am doing to see if you and I have something that
we could work together with?
Move into your pre-amble (see 4-step
system) and build on rapport using bullet sheet.
YOU ARE NOW MOVING INTO USING THE 4-STEP
SYSTEM.
Anne
OPPORTUNITIES are as big as YOU make them!

Dear
Peter:
I
felt it was about time that I write you and thank
you for the lead list service you have provided
to my husband and myself. We have used other
companies, and have found yours to be the most
accurate and containing a really qualified field
of prospects.
Our
results have been so significant that Jim and
I phone enrolled six people in four days. In
our company, we aim for four a month!
We
are looking forward to using your lead lists,
along with the valuable tools and tapes that
you provide free of charge, in the future. We
are certain that through the use of these superior
lists our business will grow, and grow, and grow!
Looking
forward to our continued association. |
I was
very favorably impressed with the quality of
the leads I purchased last month. After purchasing
15 leads I was able to connect with 13 of them
so far (thanks for over filling the order) and
I have 7 people that have set appointments to
interview for the 2 leaders positions I'm looking
for in Cleveland.
Thanks
Peter. That's what I call service!

About the
conference calls
Peter,
fabulous job - boy did you get the troops to
rally!!
I have
three people that called right after to get the
ordering information. |
Thanks for verifying
the number. By the way, Rob and I have been doing
calls with people promoting your leads - hey
- we think they are great!!! so we want to share
this with everyone on our team.
On a serious business
note now, XXXX and I just came off an hour of
cold call training using your leads. They were
quite good, but, I think you should be ready
to get some more orders, because there was about
100 people on the line and we told them about
your service. MERRY CHRISTMAS!! |
Hi
Peter,
Thanks
so much for your time and expertise on the training
call tonight. I have already gotten e-mails back
from people in my group who raved about it, and
messages from other people who couldn't get on
the call for one reason or another and heard
what they missed!
Translation:
You were a big hit!
Thanks
again for everything. I'll keep you informed
on how these leads go with our group so you'll
have some more testimonials!
Take
care, and thanks again so much!

I have used your leads in the past, Peter. Nada, nothing, zip. They were
not what they were touted to be. I was completely ripped-off!
10 Star Presidential in XXX
Anony |
A few things...
I love talking to people like you. I am certain you must me more
professional somewhere else in your life. Or at least do a little more
thinking before rattling off things. Unless I missed something and don't
have all the information, I looked back at my records and saw that you
purchased 30 leads @ $3 each....and spent $100 total. Being "totally
ripped off" are some serious words that are worth analyzing. You're probably
a "nice" guy, so I hope you find my response appropriate and worth the
follow-up.
The leads take some work and I suspect a many starred Platinum as
yourself may have forgotten that. Anony, were you expecting laydowns? The
biggest problem that I have encountered with "top guys" is that they forgot
how much they paid per lead and that they never follow up and follow
through...because there too busy managing their business. Or were you
cherry picking?
So, here's the challenge...Let's see if you can answer it without
throwing around hearsay ...and maybe use some the stats to back it up.
Show me something you are using that is working better. I probably
overfilled your order ... so, you should have received more than 30 leads.
If worked properly, a 10-star should have been able to sponsor one out
of thirty?
With your pay plan, you would have earned more than you spent. Jeez, you
could have ordered another thirty and still been ahead of the game.
So, please Anony... show me the stats...tell me what you are using
that's costing you less money and what's more effective. Just a tip, most
people can't answer this question. I am curiously waiting an intelligent
response.
And please don't tell that to the people that are calling me back
telling me who they are sponsoring in the business...you might spoil them
into thinking they're doing something wrong.
Happy Holidays!
Peter

She wrote: I've researched this, and
found that you are correct!
I
didn't win any leads from your company, but an
earlier e-mail you sent
made
me think I did. When I received that e-mail from
you, I thought,
"OK,
I guess I did win leads from PM marketing, after
all. Cool!"
But
now that I've located a printout of what I won,
I see that I'm
actually supposed to be getting 100 "Hotline" leads from a company called
XXXX. That didn't sound terribly reputable, so that's why I was
hoping the leads were coming from you.
I
trust your leads more, just from hearing you
on Ms. Stud's conference call
and
on your (918) 222-7512 info. line. Plus, I was
very impressed with your
follow-ups.
You heard me on the conference call that day,
and then turned around
and
e-mailed me, saying that you heard me on the
call. I thought that was a
nice,
personalized touch.
Thanks again for the prizes I did win--Think and Grow Rich audio, and your
tape set. Phenomenal material you have there. I'll get with you when I need
leads, which will most likely be sooner than later, as I'm not expecting
great success with the "hotline" ones I've won! (Although it would be a
pleasant surprise to be wrong about that--using the strategies outlined on
your audios will be a great help!).
I appreciate what you're doing for our industry, Peter.
Wishing
you a healthy and prosperous 2000!! |
Peter,
I usually write from XXX.com,
but I am at my daughters in North
Carolina using her computer.
I received my database leads two weeks ago and just started calling. I just realized
that you overfilled the order. Should I send back the excess or was that intentional?
:-)
So far these have been pretty good. Most are interested in hearing more.
Thanks

Yes,
thanks. The leads are great. Just got through
talking with one right now and he's interested.
Got to go and work the rest of them.

Hello Peter,
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The information I've gotten from you over
the past few weeks has been more valuable to me than you will ever know.
I really wasn't very good at network marketing before I met you and I really
couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. Things have started to turn
around and my self-confidence is soaring. Why? Because I'm using and
Icebreaker and I'm "having some tea" with the people I call for the first
time.
I'm still stumbling in many ways, but things are getting better because I'm
getting better at what I do.
Thank you so much.

ABOUT THE TAPES
Peter
Sat down today with my buddy in the business and listened
to the "Working Leads over
the phone" tape. Both he and I agree that it is one of the best tapes we have
ever listened to. In fact, we feel that it is one of the single best nuts and bolts
seminars we have ever attended. No Rah Rah just facts down to earth info on how to
build a business. |
Thanks
Peter,
I received my leads and tapes yesterday. I love the tapes, they are truly the best
I have heard on the subject. Today I will try my leads, if they work as well as they
look, I will be very happy. |
Hi Peter,
My name is XXXX.
I just ordered a second set of your training tapes.
Thanks. And by the way, the tapes are terrific. I was on your call tonight
and it was terrific.
XXXX |
Hello Peter
Thanks for the reply to my email
Yes I'm receiving your FREE SCRIPTS and our group bought leads from your
network leads.
We are really happy with the list we received.
This kind of help is what we need at this time.
When I get this list done I will be back for more.
Thank you again,
Dave |
I know I have a ton of the unscrubbed
leads from that area, but they're a
little harder to work, so I do them in small doses, just to make sure I keep
my spirits up. Your other leads have worked so well for me. I have about
25 people in the process as we speak and I've only worked this for 4 weeks
now. I thank you everyday - just in case you haven't heard!!
I also sent out a nationwide Voice Mail on how well your leads have worked for
me
and how much integrity you have personally for what you do, so if you start
to get swamped, some of that is because of my bragging about you. So to
make up for all the sleep you are about to lose, I'm sending you a thank you
present - one of our products that should help you keep your energy up, even
if you're sleep deprived!
Thanks again.
Lynn |
Hi Peter,
I ordered your 4 tape set and it is awesome. Have listened to the first 3
tapes. It also was from you that I first heard of Kim Klaver and bought her
tapes. I haven't bought your leads yet but I might sometime. I am currently
just getting started with xxx.com system. From the sound of tapes, I
think they based their first tape on the first tape in your set!
Regards,
Mae |
Hi Peter
Just wanted to let you know about
the last leads I purchased from you. Out of the
10 I received, three have enrolled as customers,
three are still pending and one tried prospecting
me. The last three of unknowns - the jury is still
out. Seems he thought this was a good source to
find business builders for his own business. New
twist I suppose. |
Hi Peter-----
Thank you for the message. I am extremely pleased with my orders of leads. My record
keeping isn't the best but I do know that I am getting results in sign ups (3
in the past week). My biggest challenge right now is getting the follow ups done. |
| Thanks so much for
the leads you sent me. I am so excited about all
of the possibilities! I bought the 1,000 database
leads and your integrity is definitely appreciated
by sending extra leads to account for wrong numbers
and people moving. I'll keep you updated on my
organization's success with these leads. |
Hello Peter,
I just wanted
to thank you for honoring my request and giving
me the leads in the areas I selected; as well
as letting me get into the lead club The way
I did. I was very surprised but glad that you
faxed me my leads so quickly. I will start working
the leads after reviewing your pre-recorded training
calls. I want to tell you I am very impressed
with the questionnaire/lead form; Why didn't
I find out about you a month ago? I would have
put better use to over $300 that I spent with
another company. I am not knocking the company
(you know who I'm talking about) because you
specialize in prequalified leads and I think
it represents a better value for my budget. They
can't offer me the specialized service that you
can; I liken it to buying a tailor made suit
instead of one that you can buy from sears where
it accommodates a wide range of body sizes. For
my next 25 leads I want them from the (412,714)
area codes, Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas.
I also want to thank you for over filling my
order (really overfilling it!!!).
Take Care,
Brian

Hello
Peter,
Excellent,
professional, "meat and potatoes" type of conference
call. Now I'm really impressed. I will have no
problem getting new people on these conference
calls, hopefully before they ever pick up the
phone and make any contacts. Really good.
PS. I'm usually not this complimentary, I critique everything (it's the
teacher in me) so don't think I'm gushing!!! |
Hey Peter--
I just finished your tapes last night. I am so excited about them.
You go straight for the core!!
I have typed up some of your scripts and format and I personally am going to go out
and change my business!
I mentioned things to my upline--a very successful 4-year vet in our
company. We will see if he can improve his own business.
For me--I know I will be using you as recommended start up tapes.
I am going to check out the take lists this weekend.
Thank you very much for following up.
Have a good weekend.

Hi Peter,
I hope to sponsor
my first rep from your leads this week. He called
me and I took him through our system. He was
very impressed and I have to follow-up with him
on Monday for the close. I am very pleased with
your leads; this is my first time ever working
cold leads and it is a very positive learning
experience.
I want to allocate
$150 a month to your leads. I want to join the
fresh scrubbed leads program (7 leads for $75)
and continue with the aged scrub leads (25 leads
for 75$). So I want to know can I join 2 leads
clubs at the same time. I want to do it that
way so it fits into my budget and I get the best
of both types of leads.
I told one of
my friends about your leads; we will be calling
you on Tues. or Wednesday; so he can get some
leads.
I'll talk with
you later.
Take Care,
Brian |
Hi
Peter,
The leads are great.
I am
getting a lot of interest. Thanks again for a
great job.
I have
talked to another person who uses your leads
and he
has success with them also. Our group here purchased leads that were just names
and it really turned us against purchasing leads. Your leads that have been profiled
are easier to use and has information that is helpful.
Thanks
again.
Dave |
HI Peter,
I just wanted to say
a note of thanks. Your calls are very helpful
and your leads are terrific. You are making my
job as a new MLMer much easier and finally (after
6 months of floundering) my development is progressive.
Thanks again and have
a great day!

Hi Peter,
I will not be able to make the call tonight, but I would love a tape copy if you
could. And remember to flip the tape! ;)
I've gotten a pretty good response so far to your leads (Aged scrubbed) I'll keep
you posted.
Thanks,
